Afstammelingen 2006 (veulens)
Van Vittorio werd een uniforme collectie ruim voldoende ontwikkelde, zeer rijtypische veulens getoond. De veulens hebben een aansprekend front en staan goed in het rechthoeksmodel.
Het hoofd is sprekend met een mooi oog. De nek is ruim voldoende van lengte. De hals is goed van vorm en lengte. De schoft is ruim voldoende van lengte en ontwikkeling. De schouder is ruim voldoende van ligging en lengte. De rug is goed van lengte en bespiering, maar gezonken. De croupe is goed bespierd, maar kort. De broekspier zou in veel gevallen verder moeten doorlopen. De stand van het voorbeen is correct. Het achterbeen is lang en staat achter de massa. Het fundament is hard en kwaliteitsvol.
De stap is actief, heeft souplesse en is voldoende van ruimte. In draf hebben de veulens veel souplesse en een goede zelfhouding. Het achterbeen wordt actief gebogen, maar zou meer onder moeten treden. De veulens galopperen makkelijk aan en tonen veel souplesse en balans.
Kort samengevat: Uniforme collectie ruim voldoende ontwikkelde, zeer rijtypische veulens met een aansprekend front. De veulens staan goed in het rechthoeksmodel. De rug is gezonken. De collectie bestond uit 17 door het KWPN aangewezen en drie door de eigenaar geselecteerde veulens. Eén door het KWPN aangewezen veulen was afwezig. Dit veulen is thuis geïnspecteerd en past in het beeld van de rapportage. De door de eigenaar geselecteerde veulens passen in het beeld van de rapportage.
De veulens werden gepresenteerd op een zandbodem/grasbodem.
De kwaliteit van de moeders was goed.
Getoond: 19 (+1) veulens uit 84 in 2005 gedekte merries.
De gebruikte terminologie bij benadering in cijfers:
matig: 5; voldoende: 6; ruim voldoende: 7; goed: 8.

Vittorio kan het model en de bewegingen van goed ontwikkelde springmerries die over een sterke bovenlijn beschikken verbeteren.

Pedigree information until 2005
The very talented Calippo was sold to the US this past winter as an international jumper. His sire Concerto II is in fourth place for the German jumping stallions. His German breeding value is as follows: Zuchtwert jumping 156 (rel 93%), Zuchtwert dressage 119 (rel 89%). Calippo"s dam is a daughter of Cascavelle (s Cantus) who is also the sire of four-time stallion competition winner Casco.
Ma Belle is the dam of Vittorio. She is a daughter of the English Thoroughbred Martel xx, who jumped internationally with Emile Hendrix and was available to the Dutch breeding program for a few years. Through grandmother Beauty I we find Latus II (s Landgraf I), Cantares (s Cor de la Bryère) and Raimond (s Ramzes x) in the mare line.
Conformation description 2005
Sufficiently developed, very riding type stallion that stands in sufficient rectangular model. The head is expressive. The stallion has an appealing front. The croup is shaped well but should be longer. The stance of the hindleg is correct. The stance of the foreleg is correct. The base is a little fragile.
Performance Ermelo 2005 (14-03 t/m 24-05)
Vittorio is an honest and dependable stallion. He has more than sufficient willingness to work and works more than sufficiently.
The walk is pure and has more than sufficient scope. The trot is light footed and sufficient in scope but should have more power. The canter has more than sufficient impulsion, is carried and has more than sufficient scope. Vittorio has trouble being on the bit in all three gaits. Vittorio has sufficient talent for dressage and gives his rider a sufficient feeling.
Vittorio jumps with more than sufficient take-off. The stallion has good foreleg technique and much suppleness over the jump. The hindquarter opens well. Vittorio seems careful and shows more than sufficient to much scope. Vittorio has much talent for jumping and gives his rider a good feeling.
The stallion is calm in his stall and he is easy to handle.
No veterinary remarks.
Vittorio appears to fit mares that are not much riding type and that lack appeal. He can also add technique to jumping. The mares do have to be richly developed.
