Have you sold your KWPN horse or has your horse passed away? If so, please notify us via My KWPN.

You can submit the notification by clicking on the relevant horse under My Horses. In the ‘Actions’ menu, you will find the options ‘Report Horse Sold’ and ‘Report Horse Deceased’ at the top. The notification will only be processed once we have received the original passport and registration certificate.

Please note: to process the notification, we kindly request that you send the original passport and registration certificate together with the e-mail confirmation to: KWPN, De Beek 109, 3852 PL Ermelo, the Netherlands. If you would like the registration certificate and/or passport returned to you as a keepsake, please indicate this in an accompanying letter, including your return address details. After processing the death notification, we will return the documents to you. Without a request for return, the passport and registration certificate will be processed and destroyed.
