Exterior:
Ringo Starr is a very well-developed and appealing stallion with a well-balanced rectangular build. The head is expressive. The neck is well-shaped, of good length, and well-muscled. The shoulder is well-lengthened but slightly steep. The withers are very well-developed and long. The back is well-lengthened, and the loins are well-connected. The croup is sloping and of sufficient length. The foreleg is correctly set from the side view but slightly toed-out (french) in the right front leg when viewed from the front. The hind leg is slightly long and somewhat angled. The pasterns are slightly steep all around. The hooves are well-developed and well-shaped.
Pedigree:
Ringo Starr is a son of the stallion O’Neill van ’t Eigenlo, who is currently competing in the sport under Henrik von Eckermann as "Minute Man." On the dam's side, we find the mare Elijanta (s.Numero Uno), who produced the 1.50m showjumper Iowa B in combination with Action-Breaker. Granddam Janta (s.Bergerac) is best known for the mare Nanta (s.Caridor), who, along with Jonella Ligestri (ITA), won the 2006 Nations Cup in Falsterbo. Nanta’s full brother, Winning Boy, competed up to 1.40m level with Chantal Klingenberg. Janta also produced the stallion Ishan B in combination with Cardento, who competes at 1.50m level with Franziska Meierhans (SUI).

Ringo Starr is an honest, cooperative stallion who responds well to handling. His walk and trot have sufficient scope. His movement shows good balance. His canter is spacious and well-balanced. Ringo Starr jumps with sufficient push-off and is careful. He has good wither-shoulder technique, finishes the jump well, and uses his body effectively. Ringo Starr appears to have great power and awareness. As a show jumper, he has a lot of potential and gives his rider a good feeling.
