Mister Hornet DDH’s dam, Arnacquine du Mesnil, is performing at the 1.40m level in America. Her sire is Quarnac du Mesnil, who jumped up to 1.50m level together with the Frenchman Timothee Anciaume. Arnacquine du Mesnil brought a 1.30m level jumping horse by Calvaro and her dam Girandole (s.Bill de Baugy) is the dam of four 1.30m level jumping horses by Ogrion des Champs, Concorde, and Opium de Talma, and 1.40m level jumping horses by Arepege Pierreville and Harlay l’Echenau. Besides that, she among other horses, the granddam of the international 1.50m and 1.45m horses Azilis du Mesnil (s.Tinka’s Boy), Bugatti du Lys (s.Landsturm), and Gran Mamut (s.Toulon). The walk is sufficient to more than sufficient in length. The trot is sufficient to more than sufficient in length and suppleness. The canter is light-footed and good in length, and balanced. While moving, the stallion is more on the forehand and has more than sufficient balance. Mister Hornet DDH jumps quickly from the ground with a lot of use of the body.
