Exterior:
Next Romancier is a sufficiently developed, appealing stallion with a lot of expression and presence. He stands sufficiently well in the rectangular model. The head is expressive. The neck is of sufficient length with a light head-neck connection. The neck is well-shaped, of good length and well-muscled. The shoulder is of good length and well-positioned. The withers are well-developed and of good length. The back is sufficiently long and well-muscled. The loins are well-muscled and well-connected. The croup has good position, length, and muscling. The thigh is sufficiently long. The foreleg is correctly positioned both from the front and the side. The hind leg is correctly positioned, but slightly long. The pasterns are slightly long and a bit soft. The foundation is well-developed and of good quality. The feet are well-developed, of good shape and quality. The heels are well-developed.
Pedigree:
Next Romancier is the first son of Fürst Romancier to be approved by the KWPN. Fürst Romancier, a son of Fürst Heinrich, was a premium stallion at the Oldenburg licensing. One of his most notable offspring is the Grand Prix stallion For Romance I, who is also making a name for himself in breeding. Next Romancier’s dam is Haizenzi, an elite IBOP mare by San Amour I, who was approved in Oldenburg and stood out at the inspection. Haizenzi received 90 points for conformation and 85 points for movement at her studbook inspection and placed eighth at the NMK. Granddam Zenzi (by Don Primaire) is also an elite mare and produced, in combination with Lord Leatherdale, the international Intermediaire I horse Dior. The dam line continues through the preferent sire Ferro and Owistrada, who has produced multiple sport horses. She is the dam of the Small Tour horse El Capone (by Zhivago) and the ZZ-Licht level horses Chelsea (by Tuschinski) and Flügel (by United).
Performance test report:
Next Romancier is an honest stallion, focused on his rider, with an excellent work ethic. He shows great willingness to work and is very trainable. The walk is pure, with good reach and suppleness. The trot is light-footed with good rhythm, good reach, and elegant foreleg use. The hind leg could be slightly more powerful in engagement. The canter shows good leg technique and self-carriage, with sufficient power and push. Next Romancier shows good to very good suppleness, posture, and balance. As a dressage horse, Next Romancier has a lot of talent and gives his rider a very good feeling.
Stable behavior:
An honest and reliable stallion, easy to handle and calm in the stable.

Veterinary report:
During the testing period, Next Romancier experienced a mild viral infection. After anti-inflammatory treatment and a few days of rest, the stallion recovered well.
Semen evaluation:
Expected fertility classification: good.

Breeding recommendation:
Next Romancier can improve rideability, add elegance and light-footedness to dressage breeding, and contribute to genetic diversity.

Dam report:
Haizenzi is a sufficiently developed mare with a good rectangular frame.
She has a very expressive head.
The neck is of sufficient length with a slightly light head-neck connection.
The neck is well-shaped, of good length and sufficiently muscled.
The withers are well-developed and of sufficient length.
The shoulder is of good length and sloping in position.
The back is of good length and well-muscled.
The loins are well-muscled and slightly tight in connection.
The croup is slightly sloping, of good length and well-muscled.
The thigh is sufficiently long.
The foreleg is slightly turned out when viewed from the front and correct from the side.
The hind leg is correctly positioned.
The pasterns are sufficiently long and correctly set.
The hooves are sufficiently developed and of good quality, with slightly uneven heels.
The foundation is well-developed and of hard quality.
The walk has sufficient reach and suppleness.
The trot has good ground cover with a good posture and well-engaging/carrying hind leg.
The canter is powerful, sufficiently ground-covering, well-balanced with a good posture and well-engaging hind leg.
Haizenzi achieved the following results during the IBOP test in 2016:
