Lineage:
Premium stallion McAllister VDL originates from the first crop of Inaico VDL and is thereby his first approved son. Inaico VDL was champion of the stallion competition in the Z class and is internationally active at 1.35m level with Jur Vrieling.
McAllister VDL’s dam is Zoklahoma VDL, she is a preferent prestatie preliminary keur mare by the preferent stallion Emillion. Paired with Baloubet Du Rouet, Zoklahoma VDL produced the international 1.50m-horse Doklahoma VDL, as well as the 1.40m jumper Foklahoma VDL (s.Nabab de Reve), Ironmaster VDL (s.Arezzo VDL) that competed 1.35m internationally and a 1.30m-horse by Jus de Pomme. Granddam Oklahoma (s.Contender), born in Holstein out of line 104A, earned the predicates elite preferent prestatie and is the dam of the 1.50m showjumper Floyo VDL (s.Baltic VDL) and two international 1.45m-horses by For Pleasure and Hold Up Premier. This For Pleasure-son For Fashion is also approved at Holstein. Oklahoma is also the granddam of a high number of international showjumpers, including Yalambi’s Carmen (s.Hattrick) that jumped at 1.60m level. The damline of McAllister VDL continues with the Holsteiner-stallion Landgraf I and brought in addition to many sport horses also the KWPN-stallion Dakota VDL (s.Casall) and the BWP-approved Cicero Van De Helle (s.Contender).
Performance test report:
McAllister VDL is a reliable and comfortable to ride stallion with a good to very good attitude. The stallion has a lot of willingness to work and has a great trainability. The walk is more than sufficient in scope and elasticity. The trot is more than sufficient in scope and more than sufficiently powerful. In movement, the stallion shows good posture and balance. The canter is active, spacious and light-footed, with a good balance and the stallion performs the lead changes well. McAllister VDL jumps with a very good leg technique. McAllister VDL appears to be careful and shows a lot to great athletic ability and overview. As a jumper horse, McAllister has a lot to a great deal of talent, and he gives his rider a very good feeling.
Stable behaviour:
Honest, reliable stallion, easy to handle and calm in the stable.
Breeding & pairing recommendation:
McAllister VDL can add jumping quality and in particular athletic ability, attitude and rideability to jumper breeding.
