Kaliber is a generously developed stallion who is in a good rectangular model. The head is appealing with slightly heavy jaws. The neck has good length with a correct head-neck connection. The neck has a good shape, good length and good muscling. The shoulder has good length and a good position. The withers are well developed and of good length. The back has a good length and is well-muscled. The loins are more than sufficiently connected and more than sufficiently muscled. The croup is slightly sloping, of sufficient length and has good muscling. The hamstring has good length. Viewed from the side, the foreleg is correctly positioned and viewed from the front, in particular the right front is toed-out. The hindleg correctly set but slightly long. The pasterns are a bit short and correct. The foundation is well developed and of good quality. The feet are well developed, good in shape, good in quality with correctly developed heels.

The father of Kaliber is the Belgian showjumper Nabab de Rêve, the son of Quidam de Revel who was very successful at Grand Prix level under Philippe Lejeune. He is the father of several medal-winning horses such as Vigo d'Arsouilles by Philippe Lejeune and Glock's London by Gerco Schröder. The dam of Kaliber is the Ukato daughter Ulrieke Z. Ukato descends from the showjumper sire Stakkato. Ukato died young, but managed to profile himself strongly in the sport under Willem Greve. The duo won the GP of Hagen, Dresden and Salzburg, among others. Ulrieke's mother Ursela is a daughter of Oramé and her mother Gre is an elite preferent mare by Nimmerdor. This Gre brought 1.30m horses from Lux, Burggraaf and Cash and a 1.35m horse from Corland. She is also the grandmother of the Grand Prix show jumper Copa Cabana (by Cartano) of Mark Bluman, the international showjumpers Aeolus (by Landor S, 1.50m), Babylon (by Argentinus, 1.40m), Watson 149 (by Numero Uno, 1.45m), Ustinov (by No Limit, isp), Granito Noordenhoek (by Corland, 1.30m) and Emerald de Lux (by Emilion, 1.30m).

Kaliber is an honest and reliable stallion with a good to very good attitude. The stallion has a lot of willingness to work and is more than sufficient good to work with, but still has trouble with the connection. The walk has more than enough space. The trot has more than sufficient space with a pushing hindleg. The stallion moves on the forehand and has more than sufficient balance. The canter is powerful with a lot of space. Kaliber jumps well with an upwards body direction with more than sufficient to good reflexes, good body use and good foreleg technique. The jump is finished well in the hindlegs, with the hindleg sometimes remaining a bit long. Kaliber seems careful and shows a lot of power. Kaliber has a lot of talent for jumping and gives his rider a good feeling.
