De veulens van Lantanas zijn ruim voldoende tot zeer goed ontwikkeld. Ze staan ruim voldoende tot zeer goed in het rechthoeksmodel en hebben veel uitstraling. De hals is ruim voldoende van lengte en bespiering, de hals is doorgaans verticaal van richting. De schouder is goed van ligging. De rug is goed van bespiering, een enkele keer iets week. De lendenen zijn goed aangesloten en bespierd. De croupe goed van ligging en ruim voldoende tot goed van lengte. Het voorbeen is van terzijde gezien correct gesteld, van voren gezien enkele malen licht frans of licht toontredend. Het achterbeen is meestal correct gesteld, een enkele keer iets sabelbenig. De kootstand is bij enkele veulens iets week. Twee veulentjes hebben iets ongelijke hoeven. De stap is ruim voldoende tot goed van ruimte. In draf tonen de veulens ruim voldoende tot veel ruimte, souplesse en balans. De kracht is iets wisselend, meerdere veulens hebben een goede tot zeer goede kracht. De galop heeft een ruim voldoende tot goede ruimte, kracht, balans en veel tot zeer veel souplesse.

Conformation:
Lantanas is a well-developed, appealing stallion with a good rectangular model. The head is appealing with a nice eye. The neck has good length with a correct head-neck connection. The neck has good shape and length and is slightly deep out of the chest. The shoulder has good length and a good position. The withers are more than sufficiently developed and of good length. The back is slightly sunken, of good length and well-muscled. The loins are long, well connected and well-muscled. The croup has a good position, and has good length and muscling. The hamstring has more than sufficient length. The foreleg is, when viewed from the side, over at the knee and tied-in and when viewed from the front, the right front leg is slightly toed-out. The hindleg is long and slightly sickled. The pasterns have good length and the front and hind pasterns are slightly weak. The foundation is well developed and of good quality. The hooves are well developed, somewhat narrow and of good quality. The heels have been lowered.
Descendant:
The strong inheriting Sir Donnerhall, the father of Lantanas, brings together two German top sires, namely Sandro Hit and Donnerhall. Lantanas's dam, the star preferent performance mare Lantana V (by Hemmingway), produced 7 colts and 10 fillies, of which 7 of them became at least star. Her most successful daughter is Vitana V. (by Donnerhall), who has performed internationally in the Grand Prix with Stephanie Peters and Morgan Barbancon Mestre. In turn, Vitana V. is the mother of the KWPN recognized international Grand Prix stallion Cennin (by Vivaldi) with Madeleine Witte-Vrees. From the offspring of grandmother Dartha B star preferent (by Zuidhorn) Marway V star sport- (dressage) (by Hemmingway) and Ulita V. (by Olivi) have performed at Z2 dressage level. The Keur preferent great-grandmother Urcha is also the great-grandmother of the successful international Grand Prix show jumpers Chaplin (by Verdi) with Martin Fuchs and Picolien Zeldenrust (by Indoctro) with Doda de Miranda.
Performance report:
Lantanas is an honest, reliable stallion who has a lot of forward drive and a good attitude. The stallion has a lot of enthusiasm and willingness to work but is often still restless in the mouth and in the contact with the rein. The walk is regular, active and has good space and flexibility. The stallion has an active leg technique in the trot, good to very good space and a hindleg which is easy to work with. The canter is powerful, uphill, carried and has good space. Lantanas moves with great flexibility and more than sufficient to good posture and balance. Lantanas has a lot of talent for dressage and gives his rider a good feeling.
