The pole is of sufficient length with a slightly heavy head-neck connection. The neck is of sufficient length and shape, with a slight heavy muscling and good placement. The withers are developed well and good of length. The shoulder is placed well and good of length. The back is good of lenght but could have more muscling. The loins could have more muscling but are connected sufficiently. The croupe is placed well and of good length and muscling. The hamstring has more than sufficient length. The front leg is positioned toes out seen from the front, seen from the side hollow and of good length. The hind leg is placed correct. The pastern is good of length and correct. The hoofs are well developed and of good quality with high heels. The fundament is well developed and of more than sufficient quality.
Lineage
The hackney stallion Bocellies Matteo is a son of the stallion Bocellie, who also is the sire of last years’ KWPN approves stallion Icellie. Bocellies Matteo, who was successfully competed in the dutch harness competions ‘Limietklasse’, was awarded best stallion of the newly approved stallions that year in March at the Hackney studbook. Sire Bocellie was awarded champion that same event. Bocellies’ sire Plain’s Liberator, has a successful and growing influence on the KWPN harness horse population with his approved sons Sir Arie, Zepplin and Dylano. He is grandsire to approved stallions Idol and Icelle Plain’s Liberator himself became champion in the harness classes several times and was awared the keur predicate from the Hackney studbook. Flogland’s Cover Girl, dam of Bocellies Matteo, is a descendent of Blokland Shales via sire Rambo van de Schoonenberg. Blokland Shales delivered several competiton horses in the harness classes. Plain’s Daylight (s. Acle Satan Supreme) who is the dam of Frogland’s Cover Girl, was awarded keur and her dam Winsome Rosie (s. Holypark Jubilation) is awarded preferent. Winsome Rosie is also dam of Plain’s Black Satin who was competed in the ‘ereklasse’ in Great Britain, and is sire to Plain’s Liberator.

In trot the stallion has a large to very large moment of suspension. Bocellies Matteo has more than sufficient to a lot of willingness to work and is considered a talented harness horse. He gives the rider a good feeling and during the stallion performance test he made progression in his performance.
