De veulens van Le Kannan zijn goed ontwikkeld die goed in het rechthoeksmodel staan met uitstraling, met een neerwaartse romprichting. De veulens hebben een goed gevormde voorhand. De hals komt soms diep uit de borst. De schoft is goed ontwikkeld. De schouder is goed van lengte en ligging. De rug en lendenen zijn goed van lengte en goed van bespiering. De croupe is voldoende van lengte en hellend van ligging. Het voorbeen is van voren gezien meerdere keren frans gesteld en terzijde gezien correct gesteld. Het achterbeen is correct gesteld. Het beenwerk is hard van kwaliteit en goed ontwikkeld. De stap is zuiver en voldoende actief. De veulens zouden in draf iets meer afdruk en balans moeten hebben. De veulens galopperen lichtvoetig met een goede afdruk en balans.

Conformation:
Le Kannan is an appealing, well-developed stallion with a good rectangular model. The head is expressive. The neck has good length with a light head-neck connection. The neck has good shape, good length and more than enough muscling. The shoulder has sufficient length and a good position. The withers are more than sufficiently developed and more than sufficient in length. The back has good length and good muscling. The loins are well muscled and slightly tight. The croup has a good position and length and is more than sufficient to well-muscled. The hamstring has more than sufficient length. The foreleg is correctly positioned when viewed from the side and from the front. The hindleg is slightly bent. The pasterns are good in length and correctly positioned. The foundation is more than sufficiently developed and of good quality. The hooves are well developed, good in shape and of good quality. The heels are well developed.
Descendant:
The stallion Kannan - the father of Le Kannan - needs no explanation. He managed to impress in sports during major championships such as the 2005 European Championship and he won several Big Prices and Nations Cups under Michel Hecart.
In the dam line of Le Kannan we find several famous stallions in a row, namely the stallion Hors La Loi II, the preferent Burggraaf and Keur stallion Le Mexico.
Mother Zereusa S herself jumped to 80 points during the IBOP and reached the 1.40m level in her sports career. Her dam Heidi produced a 1.30m horse from New York and is the grandmother of several other horses at that level. The next dam is Brigitte (by Le Mexico), and she is not only the dam of the Grand Prix horse Re Mexico (by Concorde), but also the grandmother of KWPN stallion Etoulon VDL, who competes at the moment at 1.50m level. Her offspring also includes, among others, the sport horses Broken Heart (by Concorde, 1.60m), Corleone (by Vincenzo, 1.50m), Edoctro (by Indoctro, 1.50m), Tereusa (by Heartbreaker, ISP) and the KWPN stallion Levi VDL (by Arezzo VDL). The dam line also includes the international show jumping horses Illusion (by Calvados) and Oteusi (by Burggraaf).
Performance report:
Le Kannan is an honest and reliable stallion with a good attitude. The stallion has a lot of willingness to work and can be worked with more than easily enough and is still varying in the connection to the front. The walk has sufficient space and flexibility. The trot is on the forehand and has more than sufficient space. The canter is on the forehand and has more than sufficient to good space. The stallion has more than sufficient posture and balance during movement. Le Kannan jumps very well with the withers upwards and with good reflexes. The stallion jumps with a good foreleg technique and a lot of body use. The jump is usually completed well in the hindlegs. Le Kannan seems careful and shows much to very much scope. Le Kannan has much to very much talent for jumping and gives his rider a more than sufficient to good feeling.
