Cantona TN showed a uniform collection of well developed, attractive and long-lined foals that occasionally had a downhill body direction. The foals have an appealing head, a lot of expression and an appealing front with a slightly vertical neck that has goed muscling. The back is of good length, somethings a little sunken but with good connection tot he loins. Loins are of good muscling. The majority of the foals that were selected by the owner had a good topline. The frontleg is correct, as well as the hindleg. The legs are dry and sometimes delicate. The walk is correct and of sufficient scope. The trot is shown with a good technique in the legs, is of of abundant scope and shows a clear imprint and suppleness. The canter is powerfull, of good scope, supple and with good balance. The foals clearly upgrade in quality when shown in movement.

Cantona TN is a very well developed stallion who has a good regtangular shaped conformation. The head is attractive with a lot of expression. The pole is of good length with a correct connection to the head. The neck is of good shape and length and has very good muscling. The shoulder is of good length and placement. The withers are developed more than sufficient to good and of more than sufficient length. The back is of good length, reasonably muscled and slightly sunken. The loins are well connected and of good muscling. The croup is of good placement, more than sufficient length and with sufficient to more than sufficient muscling. The hamstring is of sufficient lenght. Seen form aside, the front leg is correct. Seen from the front the front leg is slightly toed out. The hingleg is correct. The pasterns are of sufficient length and a bit steap. The fundament is developed well and of good quality. The hooves are well developed and narrow with high heels.
Lineage
Cantona TN is a son to one of Christian Ahlmanns’ top performance horses, Codex One (s. Contendro), who has won several Grand Prix and was nominated for participation in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro last year. Claus Z (s. Couleur Rubin) who is approved at the Selle Francais studbook, is a half-brother to Cantona TN and performed in international 1.35m showjumping classes himself. Their dam Claudia Z (s. Caretano Z) also gave a 1.35m performing showjumper in combination with sire Indorado. Claudia Z herself performed in international showjumping with rider Mathijs van Asten. Granddam to Cantona, Larthago (Carthago x Caletto I) is dam to the Grand Prix horses Harley VDL (s. Heartbreaker, KWPN approved) rider Jessica Kürten, Hopes are High (s. Highvalley Z) from Naser Al Shawwaf and Sören Z (s. Sandro Boy) from Kasey Ament. Another succesfull offspring form Larthago is the KWPN approves stallion Casago (s. Casall) who performed in international 1.30m showjumping and the international showjumpers Bruce Z (s. Bachus) and Dimitri Z (s. Diarado). Larthago is a granddam to international showjumpers Castellani Z (s. Canturano) and Contour Z (s. Canturano). More outstanding showjumpers descent from this damline.
Performance test report
Cantona TN is a honest, reliable and uncomplicated stallion with a good to very good attitude. The stallions has a lot of willingness to work and is very trainable. He has a soft mouth. The walk is of sufficient scope. The trot has sufficient scope with sufficient suppleness too. The canter is lightfooted and of good scope with a easy change of leg. In movement the stallion has a good balance and position. On the jump Cantona TN jumps with the body up and shows good to very good reflexes. The stallion has good technique in the legs, sometimes leaving the front leg a fraction long, with a good completion of the jump in the hindquarters. Cantona TN seems to be careful and shows a lot to very much talent as a showjumper and gives his rider a very good feeling.
