enkele keer een neerwaartse romprichting. De veulens hebben een sprekend hoofd
en uitstraling. De halzen zijn goed van lengte en bespiering, soms iets
verticaal gesteld. De veulens hebben een sterke bovenlijn. Het voorbeen is
correct gesteld. Het achterbeen is meermalen sabelbenig. De stap is doorgaans
correct en goed van ruimte. De draf is goed van ruimte, heeft doorgaans veel
souplesse en heeft een goede afdruk. De veulens van Ibolensky hebben in galop
een ruim voldoende tot goede ruimte, afdruk, lichaamsgebruik en balans.

Ibolensky is a well-developed stallion with good rectangular-shaped
conformation and a downhill body direction. The head is attractive. The poll
has sufficient length with a heavy head-neck connection. The neck has more than
sufficient to good shape, good length and more than sufficient muscling. The
wither shows more than sufficient to good development and more than sufficient
length. The shoulder has sufficient length and placement. The back has good
length and more than sufficient to good muscling. The loins have good muscling
and are well connected. The croup is a fraction straight with more than
sufficient length and sufficient muscling. The line from the point of the hip
to the point of the buttock should be longer. The front leg is correct. The
hind leg is correct. The pasterns have good length and are correct. The legs
are well developed and of more than sufficient to good quality. The hooves are
well developed with good shape and quality. The heels are well developed.
Lineage:
Ibolensky's pedigree combines several leading sires, and his sire Cornet
Obolensky's pedigree includes two outstanding sires: Clinton and the preferent
stallion Heartbreaker. In 2011, Cornet Obolensky captured the team gold for
Germany at the European Championships and competed in the Olympics at Beijing
in 2008. In recent years, he has been among the top three breeding stallions in
the WBFSH rankings.
Ibolensky’s grandsire on his dam's side, Contender, was an impressive breeding
stallion which produced numerous approved sons and sporthorses in several
breeding areas. The mare Catriona Z boasts a Zangersheide-approved son by
Diamond de Semilly. Her dam, the Nimmerdor daughter Femmenor V, has produced
sporthorses including the Grand Prix jumper Royal Discovery (s.G.Ramiro Z),
ridden by Markus Beerbaum (GER); the 1.45m horse Pourquoi (s.Concorde); 1.40m
horse Charme Z (s.Calvaro Z), 1.35m horse Caprera Z (s.Cento) and the
international 1.30m horse Quick and Easy Z (s.Quidam de Revel).
Performance Test Report:
Ibolensky is an honest and reliable stallion with a good disposition. He is very
willing to work, has good trainability, and a good mouth. The walk has more
than sufficient scope. The trot has more than sufficient scope and elasticity.
The canter has good scope, but the stallion needs to bring the hind leg under
the mass more. In riding to the obstacle, the stallion still has difficulty
shortening the last canter stride before takeoff. The stallion moves with more
than sufficient body position and good balance. Ibolensky jumps with good body
elevation, shows good reflexes and appears careful. The stallion also jumps
with excellent body use and even form, in which he consistently completes the
jump well behind. He appears careful and demonstrates abundant to very abundant
scope. Ibolensky shows abundant to very abundant talent as a jumper and gives
his rider a good feeling.
