Kobalt VDL (Modesto x Calido I x Nimmerdor)
Kobalt VDL showed a collection of more than sufficiently developed appealing foals that are more than sufficient to well in the rectangular model. The heads are expressive. The foals have an appealing forehand with sometimes a slightly vertically set neck, a strong back and loins with a croup which is sometimes slightly sloping but has enough length. The foreleg is correctly positioned. The hindleg is sickled several times. The foals walk correctly with good space. The foals scored at home a spacious, powerful, carried trot and have a lot of flexibility. The canter is powerful, has good space and balance and shows a lot of flexibility. In the foals selected by the owners, the neck was moved too vertically, possibly due to tension, at the expense of flexibility and use of the back.
