Humberto is a well developed stallion with more than sufficient rectangular-shaped conformation. The head is sufficiently attractive. The poll has sufficient length with a heavy head-neck connection. The neck has more than sufficient length, horizontal placement, moderate muscling, and an under-neck. The wither is sufficiently developed with more than sufficient length. The shoulder is straight and has sufficient length. The back has sufficient length and more than sufficient muscling. The loins are tight but well connected. The croup has good placement, more than sufficient length, and good muscling. There is sufficient length from the point of the hip to the point of the buttock. The front leg is correct. The hind leg is correct but long. The pasterns have good length but are slightly weak. The legs are well developed and of more than sufficient quality. The hooves are of good shape and quality.

Humberto is by the leading sire Cornet Obolensky, whose offspring include the Grand Prix horses Cornet d’Amour, Cornado I, Cornet’s Cristallo, Comme Il Faut, and Cocoshynsky. Humberto's dam, Iza van Seven Oaks, is a 1.40m show jumper in Italy. Her sire is Lazio (Lancer II x Cor de la Bryère), a former Grand Prix-level jumper who competed under the name Bockman’s Lazio under riders including Americans Lauren Hough and Margie Goldstein-Engle. The dam-line continues with the Chin Chin daughter Fleur Chin van Seven Oaks, whose full-brother is a three-star level competitor under Belgium's Geoffry Cobbaut; followed by the Voltaire daughter Rapide H and daughters by Fantastique and the English Thoroughbred Noe xx. Humberto is an honest and reliable stallion with a good temperament. He is more than sufficiently willing to work and has sufficient trainability but still has difficulty with the contact. The walk and trot have sufficient scope. The canter has more than sufficient to good scope with more than sufficient push but is somewhat on the forehand. The stallion moves with more than sufficient body position and balance. Over jumps, Humberto shows good reflexes and more than sufficient body use. The stallion jumps with good front leg form and a slightly long hind leg. He appears careful and shows abundant scope. Humberto demonstrates more than sufficient to abundant talent as a jumper and gives his rider a more than sufficient feeling.
