Chapeau TN toonde een uniforme collectie goed ontwikkelde,
aansprekende veulens die ruim voldoende in het rechthoeksmodel staan met een
enkele keer een neerwaarts romprichting. De veulens hebben veel uitstraling en
een aansprekende voorhand met soms een wat verticaal aangezette hals. De rug is
goed van lengte en bespiering met een sterke lendenenpartij. De stap is
voldoende van ruimte waarbij het voorbeen dan soms wat frans gesteld is. De
draf wordt met een goede beentechniek getoond en is ruim voldoende van ruimte
en vertoont veel souplesse. De galop is lichtvoetig met een goede afdruk en
heeft veel souplesse en een goede balans.

Conformation:
Chapeau TN is a handsome stallion with more than sufficient to good development
and good rectangular-shaped conformation. The head is attractive. The poll has
more than sufficient length with a correct head-neck connection. The neck has
good length and muscling, but comes out deep from the chest. The wither is
well-developed and has more than sufficient length. The shoulder has sufficient
placement and more than sufficient to good length. The back has more than
sufficient length and sufficient muscling. The loins have good muscling and are
well connected. The croup is sloped with more than sufficient to good length
and more than sufficient to good muscling. There is good length from the point
of the hip to the point of the buttock. The front leg is correct. The hind leg
is correct. The pasterns have sufficient length but are weak. The legs are
sufficiently developed and of good quality. The hooves are well developed with
good shape and quality. The heels are well developed.
Lineage:
The Capitol I son Clearway placed in several Grands Prix under Lars Bak
Andersen and made a name for himself as a breeding stallion thanks to his
notable Grand Prix offspring, including Glock’s Cognac Champblanc, ridden by
Gerco Schröder; and Clarimo ASK, ridden by Rolf-Göran Bengtsson.
Chapeau TN's dam Vuttion VA is a half-sister to the international 1.40m show
jumpers Cassons (s.Cassini II), ridden by Alexander Hufenstuhl, and several
1.30/1.35m horses. Chapeau TN's granddam Malva II is a half-sister to the Grand
Prix stallion L’Eperon (s.Lord), who captured the German championship under
Carsten-Otto Nagel. Malva II is also the granddam of the KWPN stallion Charisma
(s.Stakkato), who competed in the international 1.45m under Julia Kayser.
Chapeau TN's dam's sire is the international sport- and breeding stallion
Quintero, who competed in three World Cup Finals under Rolf-Göran Bengtsson and
boasts numerous Grand Prix successes. Several offspring from his first years at
stud are already competing at the highest level, among them the successful KWPN
stallion Breitling LS, ridden by Beezie Madden. This Holsteiner-line is further
built with daughters by Literat, Cor de la Bryère and Fasolt.

Performance Test Report:

Chapeau TN is an honest and reliable stallion with a good disposition. The
stallion is very willing to work, has sufficient to good trainability and
therefore is nice to ride. The walk has more than sufficient scope. The trot
has more than sufficient scope and elasticity. The canter is light-footed and
powerful with good scope and elasticity. The stallion changes leads easily. He
moves with good body position and balance. Chapeau TN jumps with good to very
good reflexes and good to very good leg form, with excellent body use. Chapeau
TN appears careful and shows abundant scope. He demonstrates abundant to very
abundant talent as a jumper and gives his rider a good to very good
feeling.
Stable Behavior:
Chapeau TN is an honest and reliable stallion. He is easy on the ground and
quiet in his stall.

Chapeau TN can improve conformation, the canter, form, scope and disposition in
jumper breeding.
Dam Report:
Vuttion VA is a more than sufficiently developed, proportionally-built, noble
mare with more than sufficient rectangular conformation.
The head is attractive.
The poll has good length with a correct head-neck connection.
The neck has good shape and more than sufficient length with good muscling. The
neck comes out slightly deep from the chest.
The wither is well developed but could be slightly longer.
The shoulder has more than sufficient length and good placement.
The back has good length and muscling.
The loins have good muscling and are well connected.
The croup is sloped and has more than sufficient length with good
muscling.
The line from the point of the hip to the point of the buttock should be
slightly longer.
The left front leg is slightly toed-in when viewed from the front and slightly
camped under when viewed from the side.

The hooves are slightly small and of good quality with little heel. The hooves
are slightly dissimilar. The right front is slightly smaller than the
left.
The legs are more than sufficiently developed and of very good quality.
The walk has more than sufficient scope and good elasticity.
The trot has sufficient scope with good body position and a hind leg that carries
/ steps more than sufficiently under the body. The front leg is slightly
flat.
The canter has more than sufficient power, sufficient scope and carriage, with
more than sufficient body position. The trot and canter could have more
elasticity.
