Conformation:
I am London Apple is a well developed stallion with more than sufficient to
good rectangular-shaped conformation. The head is attractive with an attractive
eye. The poll has sufficient length with a correct head-neck connection. The
neck has good shape, more than sufficient length and more than sufficient to
good muscling. The wither has more than sufficient to good development and more
than sufficient to good length. The shoulder has more than sufficient placement
and good length. The back has more than sufficient to good length and
sufficient muscling. The loins have good muscling with a more than sufficient
to good connection. The croup has good placement, more than sufficient length
and more than sufficient to good muscling. There is more than sufficient to
good length from the point of the hip to the point of the buttock. The front
leg is correct. The hind leg is long but correct. The pasterns have good length
and are correct. The legs are very well developed and of good quality. The
hooves are well developed with good shape and quality. The heels are well
developed.
Lineage:
I am London Apple is a son of the KWPN-recognized stallion Carembar de Muze,
better known as Gerco Schröder’s top horse London, who played an important role
in capturing the team gold at the World Equestrian Games in Caen and the team
silver at the London Olympics.
The mare Wijnappel received high scores for reflexes, scope and talent in her
IBOP test. Her sire is Contendro I, who boasts several impressive Grand
Prix-level offspring, including Codex One and Hello Annie. The Notaris daughter
Claudia is the dam and granddam of a long succession of above average sport
horses. Among them is the 1.50m horse Amberlina (s.Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve),
the Grand Prix jumper Star Apple (s.Kigali) and the international jumpers
Charlotte D. (s.Kashmir van Schuttershof), Thunder Girl D (s.Thunder van de
Zuuthoeve) and Twistappel (s.Ferro). Other horses out of the direct line
include the Grand Prix jumpers Queen of Diamonds (s.Rigoletto), Iris (s.Libero
H) and Nordhouser H (s.Amaretto I).

Performance Test Report:

I am London Apple is an honest and reliable stallion with a good disposition.
The stallion is very willing to work and has good trainability, but still has
some difficulty with the connection. The walk has more than sufficient scope.
The trot has more than sufficient scope and elasticity. The canter is
light-footed with good balance and scope, but is somewhat on the forehand. The
stallion moves with more than sufficient to good carriage and balance. I am
London Apple jumps with good body elevation but should be more resolute at the
obstacle. The stallion sometimes jumps with inconsistent front leg form but
shows sufficient body use and completes the jump well behind. The stallion
occasionally tilts his hindquarters to the right over the obstacle. I am London
Apple appears careful and shows abundant scope. He demonstrates abundant talent
as a jumper and gives his rider a more than sufficient to good feeling.
Stable Behavior:
I am London Apple is an honest and reliable stallion. He is easy on the ground
and quiet in his stall.

Expected fertility class: good.
Breeding Recommendation:
I am London Apple can improve the canter and willingness, and add scope to
jumper breeding.

Dam Report:

Wijnappel is a well-developed mare with presence, good rectangular-shaped
conformation and a slightly downhill body direction.
The head is attractive with a nice large eye.
The poll has more than sufficient length with a more than sufficiently light
head-neck connection.
The neck has good shape and length with more than sufficient muscling.
The wither is well developed with sufficient length.
The shoulder has good length and placement.
The back has good length but slightly poor muscling. (The mare was 13 years old
at the time of inspection; based on the photo taken at age 4, the back showed
good muscling).
The loins have good muscling and are well connected.
The croup has good length and placement.
There is more than sufficient length from the point of the hip to the point of
the buttock.
The front leg is correct when viewed from the front as well the side.
The hind leg is slightly straight.
The pasterns have good length and are correct.
The hooves are well developed and of good quality with slightly low
heels.
The legs are well developed and of excellent quality.
The walk is active with more than sufficient scope and sufficient
elasticity.
The trot has more than sufficient scope with a good hind leg.
The canter is powerful with good scope, carriage and good balance.
