ruim voldoende in het rechthoeksmodel staan. De romprichting is meermalen
neerwaarts. De rug is gezonken. De stap is ruim voldoende van ruimte met een
enkele keer een franse stand. De draf is ruim voldoende van afdruk. Bij de
thuis gescoorde veulens was de balans in draf wisselend, zowel een duwend als
dragend achterbeengebruik is waargenomen. De door de eigenaar gepresenteerde
veulens draven met een goede beentechniek en goede ruimte en houding. De galop
is ruim voldoende krachtig, heeft voldoende souplesse en ruimte met een ruim
voldoende balans.

than sufficient rectangular-shaped conformation. The head is attractive. The
poll has moderate length with a heavy head-neck connection. The neck has
sufficient shape, more than sufficient length and sufficient muscling. The
stallion has a slight underneck. The wither is well developed and has more than
sufficient to good length. The shoulder has good length and placement. The back
has more than sufficient to good length and good muscling. The loins have good
muscling and are well connected. The croup has good placement, more than
sufficient to good length and good muscling. There is more than sufficient to
good length from the point of the hip to the point of the buttock. The front
leg is correct. The hind leg is correct. The pasterns have good length and are
correct. The legs are well developed and of good quality. The hooves are well
developed with good shape and quality. The heels are well developed.
Lineage:
Four-year-old Hotspot is a son of the keur stallion Hors la Loi II, who for
years competed at the highest level of the international sport under several
riders. Hotspot's dam, Hermione de la Pomme, competed in the 1.40m; and her dam
Sauterelle de la Pomme had an international sport career. In turn, her dam
Narcotique II de Muze showed in the Grand Prix under Eric Lamaze. Furthermore,
both Sauterelle de la Pomme and Narcotique II de Muze have earned their spurs
as broodmares. The first mare boasts offspring including the KWPN-recognized
stallion Vagabond de la Pomme (s.Vigo ‘d Arsouilles), ridden by Penelope
Leprevost; and three international show jumpers by Crown Z. The second mare,
Narcotique II de Muze, produced offspring including the Grand Prix show jumpers
Boyante de Muze (s.Kashmir van Schuttershof), ridden by Philippe Le Jeune; the
Vigo d’Arsouilles son Farfelu de la Pomme, ridden by Jos Verlooy; Ferly de Muze
(s.Calato), ridden by Gudrun Patteet; and Querlybet Hero (s.Baloubet du Rouet),
ridden by Philippe le Jeune; as well as four international show jumpers.
Hotspot's grandsire, Nabab de Rêve, won the bronze medal with the Belgian team
at the 2002 World Championships in Jerez de la Frontera and produced top show
jumpers including Vigo d’Arsouilles and Glock’s London N.O.P., ridden by Gerco
Schröder. Hotspot's great-grandsire For Pleasure also achieved fame in the
sport, with successes including winning the team gold in the Atlanta Olympics
and capturing the European Championship with the team.

to good disposition. He is more than sufficiently willing to work and has good
rideability. The walk has sufficient to more than sufficient scope. The trot

good balance but is somewhat on the forehand. Hotspot moves with more than
