Fabriano VDL is a sufficiently developed stallion with good jumper conformation, abundant presence, and a downhill body direction. The head is attractive. The poll has good length. The neck has good length and shape with more than sufficient muscling. The wither is sufficiently developed and has good length. The shoulder has good length and placement. The back has good length and muscling. The loins have good muscling and are well connected. The croup has good length and placement. There is good length from the point of the hip to the point of the buttock. The front leg is correct. The hind leg is correct. The legs are more than sufficiently developed and of good quality. The hooves are well shaped and of good quality.

Lineage
Fabriano VDL's pedigree begins with three stallions which competed successfully in one or more Olympic Games. Fabriano VDL's sire is Casall, Rolf-Göran Bengtsson's talented Grand Prix jumper.
Fabriano VDL's dam is Bleu-Chin, whose bloodlines trace back to Holsteiner origins. She is a Chin Chin daughter out of the ster sport-jump mare Graefin XIV, a Carthago daughter out of Bambina I. Bambina I is by the influential stallion Landgraf I, out of Ulypse, a Calypso I daughter. The dam-line continues with the mare Bambina, a daughter of the Anblick xx son Aldato. Bambina is also the great-granddam of the Olympic champion Classic Touch (s.Caletto II).

Fabriano VDL is an honest, reliable, and slightly phlegmatic stallion with a good temperament. He is more than sufficiently willing to work, has good trainability, and a good mouth. The walk is clear and has more than sufficient scope and elasticity. The trot is carried and has more than sufficient scope. The canter is carried and has good scope. Fabriano VDL moves somewhat on the forehand but shows more than sufficient balance. He jumps with more than sufficient to good reflexes and good body use and bascule. The stallion jumps with a slightly open front leg but completes his jump well with his hind end. Fabriano VDL appears careful and shows abundant scope. He demonstrates abundant talent as a jumper and gives his rider a good feeling.

Fabriano VDL is an honest and reliable stallion. He is easy on the ground and quiet in his stall.
