Freeman VDL showed a uniform collection of well-developed foals with a slightly downhill build but good rectangular-shaped conformation and abundant presence. Among the foals scored at their home location, a number of them have a weak back. Among the foals selected by the registered party, the back has good length and muscling. The croup has good placement, length, and muscling. The front leg is slightly toed-out. The hind leg is slightly sickle-hocked. The legs are solid but sometimes a bit fine-boned. The walk has sufficient scope. The trot has more than sufficient scope. The canter is powerful with sufficient scope and elasticity, as well as good balance.
