De veulens hebben in het algemeen een correct gevormde voorhand met een hoofdhalsverbinding die een enkele keer wat zwaar is. De schouder is goed van ligging, bij enkele veulens is de schouder duidelijk schuin gelegen. De rug is goed van verloop, een enkele keer wat week. De lendenen zijn goed van bespiering. De croupe is meerdere keren iets hellend van ligging en ruim voldoende van lengte. Het voorbeen is van terzijde gezien correct gesteld, iets wisselend van kootstand en van voren gezien een enkele keer licht frans. Het achterbeen is in het algemeen correct gesteld en hard van kwaliteit. De stap is ruim voldoende tot goed van ruimte. In draf tonen de veulens ruim voldoende ruimte, souplesse, kracht en balans.

Conformation:
Cum Laude is a well-developed stallion with a good rectangular model and could have been built a bit more uphill. The head is more than appealing. The neck is more than sufficient in length with a sufficiently light head-neck connection. The neck has sufficient shape, good length and sufficient muscling. The withers are well developed and of good length. The shoulder has a good position and length. The back has good length and is a bit poorly muscled. The loins are slightly tight and well connected. The croup is sloping, should have more length and has good muscling. The hamstring has more than sufficient length. Viewed from the side, the foreleg is a bit over at the knee and a bit of toed-out when viewed from the front. The hindleg is sickled. The pasterns are good in length and correctly positioned. The foundation is well developed and of good quality. The hooves are well developed, the left front hoof is slightly higher, the hooves are of good quality with good heels.
Descendant:
Cum Laude is riden by Vai Bruntink in the Small Tour, but also internationally at Inter-I level. The combination won the Freestyle in Groningen in 2017 and the Prix St. Georges test of the Stallions of the Year class at the Longines World Breeding Championship for Young Horses in Ermelo last year. Cum Laude is a son of the recently Keur-declared stallion Apache who is successful in the top of the Grand Prix. Cum Laude already has several offspring. His 3-year-old daughter Kynona (sire of the dam; Ampere) became Champion at the CK in Friesland and received an invitation to the NMK and at the foal inspection in Tolbert, Namalia (sire of the dam; Flemmingh) was honoured as Champion and invited to the NVK. The dam of Cum Laude is the preferential performance mare Pacharel T. Closely related to Cum Laude are the Grand Prix horse Rapsodie T (by Gribaldi) and the mare Equirelle W (by Florett As), who competed in the Longines World Breeding Championship for Young Horses in Ermelo.
