Firestone showed a varied collection of
foals, with moderate to good development. A number of foals have a downhill
body direction. The head is attractive. Among the foals evaluated at their home
location, the neck was often short and heavily muscled with a heavy head/neck
connection. These traits were not observed in the foals selected by the
stallion's registered party. The back and loins are slightly dropped in
multiple foals. The legs are correct, solid, and of good quality. The walk has
sufficient to more than sufficient scope. The trot has more than sufficient
scope. The canter has sufficient scope and carriage. The foals should move with
more shoulder freedom and body use.
