Etoulon VDL showed a uniform collection of foals with more than sufficient development, good rectangular-shaped conformation, and more than sufficient to abundant presence. The neck comes out deep from the chest. The legs are tight. The hind leg is regularly straight. Several foals inspected at their home location had horizontal neck placement, a trait which was not evident in foals selected by their registered parties. The walk and trot are light-footed. The canter is light-footed with sufficient elasticity.
