Dark Pleasure's dam Wild Pleasure, the champion of the Central Inspection in South Holland, is an elite mare by Jazz. Prior to Dark Pleasure, she produced a selected stallion by Uptown. Dark Pleasure's granddam Leandra, a preferent mare by Ferro, is the dam of two Z-level dressage horses by Polansky. Leandra's dam Equador is a keur preferent prestatie sport (dres) mare by Variant. Equador is also a full sister to Fewri, the dam of the keur stallion Negro. Equador competed in Z-level dressage and produced offspring including a Z2-level horse by Ferro and a Z-level jumper by Voltaire.
