Durango VDL showed a uniform collection of very well-developed foals with good rectangular-shaped conformation and presence. The croup is sloped, but the line from the point of the hip to the point of the buttock should be longer. Of the 24 foals scored at their home location, several had a tight topline, a trait which was not observed in foals selected by their registered parties. The legs are correct and tight. The walk has sufficient scope. The trot has sufficient scope. The canter has good scope but needs more elasticity.
