The back has good length and more than sufficient muscling. The loins are somewhat tight. The croup is sloped and has good length and muscling. The front leg is correct. The hind leg is correct. The legs are well developed and of good quality. The hooves are small with well-developed heels.

Charmeur is by Florencio, a winner of multiple world dressage championships. Charmeur's dam Trendy is an elite mare by the preferent stallion Jazz. Trendy's dam Endy (s.Ulft) earned the keur, preferent, and prestatie predicates. In addition, she produced the National Mare Inspection champion Andy (s.Jazz) and the dressage horses Karmijn (s.Damiro), Montango (s.Contango), and Peron (s.Jazz). Endy is also the granddam of the KWPN stallions Viento Uno W (s.Numero Uno), Zhivago (s.Krack C), and Zuidenwind (s.OO-Seven). Charmeur's great-granddam Wendy, an Amor daughter, carries the keur, preferent, and prestatie predicates. The dam-line continues with the keur preferent mare Miesje, a Grand Seigneur (s.Eratosthenes xx) daughter.

Charmeur is an honest and reliable stallion with a good temperament. He is very willing to work and has good trainability. The walk is pure with good scope but could be more active at times. The trot has very good scope and carriage. The canter has good scope and carriage. Charmeur is an uphill mover with abundant expression. The stallion demonstrates very good self-carriage and abundant elasticity. Charmeur shows abundant talent for dressage and gives his rider a very good feeling.
