The Quidam de Revel son Nabab de Reve is the sire of this chestnut stallion born in 2002. Ridden by Gerco Schröder, Carembar de Muze competes in the sport under the name Eurocommerce London. The stallion, who measures 1.68m/16.2 hands, was born on the property of Joris de Brabander of St. Niklaas, Belgium.
Carembar de Muze's dam is no other than Ta Belle van Sombeke (s.Chin Chin), a successful grand prix show jumper under Jos Lansink. Her dam La Belle van Sombeke is by Goliath Z (s.Graf Gotthard), out of Verina (Widukind de Lauzelle x Saffier van het Goor). In addition to Carembar de Muze, Ta Belle van Sombeke produced Pikak (s.Kannan), who won the World Championship for six-year-old jumpers in Lanaken and subsequently experienced international success under Billy Twomey. Ta Belle van Sombeke is also the dam of the international show jumpers Wabelle de Muze (s.Nabab de Reve) and Casimir de la Pomme (s.Nabab de Reve). Carembar de Muze's granddam La Belle van Sombeke produced the grand prix jumper Ba Belle van ’t Roosakker (s.Kannan) and the international show jumper Beauty Belle van ’t Roosakker (s.Quidam de Revel).
As a four-year-old, Carembar de Muze jumped clear eight times in the Belgian Classic cycle, before Gerco Schröder carefully advanced the stallion's training. A definite highpoint for Carembar de Muze and Schröder is their victory last fall in the Global Champions Tour in Rio de Janeiro, where the combination was the only one to go double-clear.
Carembar de Muze's jumping index is 141 with 40% reliability. The stallion meets KWPN radiographic and respiratory requirements.
Conformation
Carembar de Muze (Eurocommerce London) is a well-developed stallion with good jumper conformation but a slightly downhill body direction. The head is attractive. The poll has more than sufficient length. The neck has good length, shape, and muscling. The shoulder has good length and more than sufficient placement. The wither is well developed and has good length. The back has good length and muscling. The loins have good muscling and are well connected The croup has good placement and muscling with sufficient length. The front leg has more than sufficient length but is slightly toed-in. The hind leg is correct, and the distance from the point of the hip to the point of the buttock is long. The legs are well developed and of sufficient quality. The hooves are well developed with good shape. The walk is active and has more than sufficient scope. The trot has moderate scope.
