A uniform collection of more than sufficiently developed riding type foals with long legs and more than sufficient rectangular-shaped conformation. The trot has sufficient stride length. The canter is light-footed with more than sufficient stride length. The foals have flat front leg movement, and they should show more power and suppleness.

Inspection Report Ermelo 2007 (20-09 until 28-11)
Zazou-R is an honest, reliable stallion with a good character. The stallion shows a lot of willingness to work but is not very well trainable. The stallion was presented with a spoon bit, but was ridden without it during the inspection. The walk is sound, with more than sufficient scope. The trot has more than sufficient scope, but should be more tactful. The canter has more than sufficient scope and power. Zazou-R moves with sufficient elasticity, but is on the forehand. The stallion naturally jumps too much forward, with more than sufficient to good reflexes and mediocre front leg technique. Zazou-R appears cautious and shows more than sufficient to a lot of power. Zazou-R has more than sufficient talent as a jumping horse and gives his rider a sufficient feeling.
Stable Behavior
The stallion constantly kicks the wall of his box at feeding time. For this reason, the stallion was put in a specially adapted box with rubber mats. As a consequence, the stallion has developed a capped hock in his left hind leg and reacts sensitively in especially the left hind leg.
Veterinary Report
The capped hock in the left hind leg is not easily reduced. The tissue is being kept supple with trombacomplex ointment. The sounds produced under physical labour are caused by a folliculary inflammation of the mucus membranes in the throat. Antibiotics have been administered.
Semen Inspection
Expected fertility class: sufficient.
Zazou-R was not admitted after the inspection. Re-inspection was applied for.
