A very uniform collection of well-developed foals with very good jumper conformation and abundant presence. The trot has more than sufficient stride length with a hind leg that steps well under the body. Front leg use is flat in multiple instances. The foals pick up the canter easily and change leads
remarkably well. The canter is light-footed, with good stride length and carriage. The foals move with good carriage and an attractive front end.

The breeding recommendation is based on the performance test and the offspring inspection. Zambesi can improve the canter, conformation, reflexes, and jumping form in jumper breeding. Mares should be suffi ciently long-lined.

Sufficiently developed stallion with
sufficient jumping horse conformation. The head is attractive. The poll has
poor length. The neck has good length and is set deep in the chest. The
shoulder has sufficient length and is a little steep. The withers are
well-developed but could have more length. The back is sufficient in length and
slightly sloped. The loins are well-muscled. The croup has good length and
muscling. The front leg is sufficient in length and a little toes-out. The
pasterns are steep. The hind legs are straight. The legs are sufficiently
developed and of good quality. The hooves are well-developed.
Linage
The keur stallion Heartbreaker is the sire of Zambesi.
Heartbreaker jumped Grand Prix himself, and has several approved sons.
Heartbreaker can be counted among the top progenitors on the World ranking list.
Calanda Z (s.Calvaro Z) is currently being shown in the sport and jumps
nationally. Dam Alanda is a daughter of keur stallion Le
Mexico and jumped internationally herself. Alanda also produced It’s the
Business, a Jasper- son that also jumped internationally.
Inspection Report
Honest, reliable and temperamental stallion with a good character. The stallion
shows a lot of willingness to work and is more than sufficiently to
well-trainable. The walk is sound and has more than sufficient scope. The trot
has more than sufficient scope and sufficient carriage. The canter has good
scope and power. The stallion has more than sufficient carriage and
balance. Zambesi jumps with very good reflexes and very good
technique. The stallion finishes the jump well with the hind quarters, but
could use his back more. The stallion appears cautious and shows a lot of
power. Zambesi has a lot of talent as a jumping horse and gives his
rider a good feeling.
Stable Behavior
Zambesi is an honest and reliable
stallion. He is easy on the ground and quiet in his stall.

are sufficiently muscled. The croup has more than sufficient length and is
slightly sloping. The upper leg is well-muscled. The front and hind legs are
correct. The pasterns are good, but a little short. The hooves are
well-developed with good heels. The legs good quality (a little wind gall near
a scar on the right hind leg). The walk is correct, active and with sufficient
scope. The trot is elastic, sufficient in scope and carriage. The canter, as
seen on video footage, seems powerful and with good carriage.
