A uniform collection of sufficiently developed foals with sufficient rectangular-shaped conformation but a downhill build. The trot shows little rhythm but sufficient stride length, and the hind legs should step more resolutely under the body. The foals pick up the canter easily but should demonstrate more balance and suppleness.

Zürich can contribute jumping technique and reflexes to jumper breeding. Mares should be well developed and not built downhill.

Zürich is an honest, reliable stallion with a good character. The stallion shows a lot of willingness to work and is very well- trainable. The walk is sound, with good scope. The trot has good scope and more than sufficient carriage. The canter has good scope, power and carriage. In motion, the stallion moves slightly on the forehand, but has good balance. The stallion jumps with good to very good reflexes and good front leg technique, he uses his back well and finishes the jump very well with his hindquarters. Zürich appears cautious and shows a lot of power. Zürich has a lot of talent as a jumping horse and gives his rider a good feeling.
