Afstammelingen 2005 (september; veulens)
Vancouver toonde een collectie matig ontwikkelde, maar voldoende rijtypische veulens.
Het hoofd is sprekend, soms lang. De nek is kort. De hals is goed van lengte en vorm. De rug is vaak gezonken. De croupe is voldoende van lengte en hellend. De broekspier zou langer door moeten lopen. Het voorbeen is correct gesteld. Het achterbeen is lang en klein gehoekt. Het beenwerk is teer. Een aantal spronggewrichten zou beter afgewerkt moeten zijn.
De stap is zuiver en voldoende van ruimte. De draf is lichtvoetig, voldoende van ruimte en matig gedragen. Het achterbeen zou krachtiger onder moeten treden. De veulens galopperen makkelijk aan en hebben een goede balans.
Kort samengevat: Matig ontwikkelde, voldoende rijtypische veulens. De rug is gezonken. Het achterbeen is lang en klein gehoekt, het beenwerk is teer. De draf is lichtvoetig. De veulens galopperen gemakkelijk aan.
Vancouver lijkt geschikt voor royaal ontwikkelde langgelijnde merries. De hengst kan met name balans en souplesse in de galoppade toevoegen.
De collectie bestond uit 17 door het KWPN aangewezen veulens. Drie door het KWPN aangewezen veulens waren afwezig. Deze drie veulens zijn thuis geïnspecteerd. Eén veulen past in het beeld van de rapportage. Twee veulens wijken, wat ontwikkeling en ontwikkeling fundament betreft, in positieve zin af van de rapportage.
De veulens werden gepresenteerd op een zandbodem.
De moeders waren merries die over het algemeen meer formaat moesten hebben.
Getoond: 17 (+3) veulens uit 152 in 2004 gedekte merries.

His sire, Le Tot de Semilly, may be counted as one of the best sires of the moment in France and is not yet available to our breeding program.
On the dam"s side we see the influence of the Anglo Arab, which provides for the importation of blood and suppleness.
Conformation description 2004
Vancouver is a long lined, sufficient riding type stallion that stands in more than sufficient rectangular model. The head is wide and he has a coarse jaw. The stallion has a good head/neck connection, the neck is long, vertical and comes from deep in the chest. The midsection could be stronger connected. The croup slopes. The hindleg is long and very sickle hocked.
Own performance until 2004
Vancouver made his international young horse sport debut last year at 1.40m with pleasing results.
Performance test Ermelo 2004 (15-03 t/m 02-04; short test)
Vancouver is an honest, reliable stallion with a good attitude. The stallion has very much willingness to work and he works well.
The walk has sufficient scope and it is pure and supple. Vancouver should step with more power. The trot is moderate in scope, should have more tact and balance. The trot lacks impulsion and the stallion has moderate self-carriage. The canter is big, has very much suppleness and much balance. The canter has good impulsion and he is good at changes. Vancouver has moderate talent for dressage and gives his rider a sufficient feeling.
Vancouver jumps with sufficient take-off and he is quick. The foreleg bends well, the underarm could sometimes be brought more forward. He shows good use of the body over the jump, he opens well behind and shows much suppleness. Vancouver seems careful. Jumping is easy for him. He shows much to very much scope. Vancouver has very much talent for jumping and he gives his rider a very good feeling.
His stall and handling behavior is normal.
