Skydancer showed a uniform collection of sufficient to more than sufficient foals that are sufficient riding type and stand in sufficient rectangular model. They possess sufficient refinement.
The shape of the head is normal and it should have a little more expression. The poll has good shape and length. The neck has more than sufficient length with good muscling and good shape. The wither is more than sufficiently developed and has more than sufficient length. The shoulder has more than sufficient length but should have more slope. The back is slightly hollow and well muscled. The hamstring is more than sufficient in length. The stance of the foreleg is correct. The hindleg is long, a little straight and behind the body. The base has more than sufficient quality.
The walk is sufficiently pure, should have more freedom in the shoulder and also more suppleness. The trot has sufficient scope with sufficient suppleness and good use of the foreleg. The hindleg should come under the body further. The canter has sufficient scope, is moderately carried with a flat foreleg.
There were 8 picked foals and 5 that were selected by the owner. One of the picked foals died prior to the evaluation. One foal that was inspected at home differed from the others in a positive manner in regards to conformation and was not shown in movement because of an injury. The selected foals were more refined and stood in better rectangular model.
The quality of the mares was moderate to sufficient.
