Stuurboord showed a uniform collection of sufficiently developed, tuig type foals. The foals stand in sufficient rectangular model.
The head is expressive but there are a few foals with a bit of a roman nose. The poll is sufficient in shape and length. The neck has good length and position. In several cases it comes from deep in the chest. Frequently the transition from the wither to the neck could be smoother. The wither has sufficient length and is well developed. Stuurboord is a sufficiently developed, sufficient tuig type stallion that stands in more than sufficient rectangular model. The neck comes from deep in the chest, is more than sufficient in length and has sufficient position. The feet are narrow and of moderate quality.
Pedigree information
Stuurboord is out of a very well known dam with a spectacular trot, Kendini (s Factor). She is a three-time Overijssel Central Keuring champion (1994, 1995 and 1997) and she was the Dutch champion as a 2- and 3-year old. Kendini produced 4 colts. The keur preferent grandmother Zendrini (IBOP 90 points, s Proloog) was also a successful competition horse. In 1985 she received the title of Sport Mare of the Year. She earned a total of EUR 1,500 in singles and in doubles competition. Zendrini also produced Gendrini keur (winnings EUR 240, s Allegro) and Pinot Blanc ster (winnings EUR 104, s Koblenz). Zendrini is the grandmother of Mendrini keur (winnings EUR 470, s Gelviro), of Laviro ster (winnings EUR 281, s Gelviro), of Nendrini Landzicht (winnings EUR 560, s Harald), of Ondini ster (winnings EUR 104, 1999 champion Overijssel Central Keuring, s Jochem) and of Pascal (winnings EUR 102, s Larix)

Stuurboord is an honest, trustworthy stallion. He has more than sufficient willingness to work and is good to drive.
The walk is active and has sufficient scope. The stallion has much self-carriage in front of the show cart. He uses the neck well and comes back well in the front. Stuurboord has more than sufficient action in the foreleg and moves it out well. The use of the hindleg is more than sufficient to good. The stallion brings the hindleg under the body well and has more than sufficient flexion and impulsion. The stallion has much suspension. He has more than sufficient to much enthusiasm. Stuurboord has more than sufficient to much talent for harness work and gives his driver a good feeling.
