Some foals are long-legged. The head is sufficiently expressive. The poll has good length and form. The neck has good length, sufficient muscling and generally well formed. In several cases they were ewe necked when stood up; the neck is used well while moving. The wither has good length and is developed more than sufficiently. The shoulder has good length and sufficient placement. The back is well formed and muscled. The loins are well formed and well connected. The croup is sufficient in length and more than sufficient in placement. The hamstring has sufficient length. The foreleg usually has straight pasterns. The hindleg is usually straight and only moderately muscled. The base development is moderate but shows a lot of quality.
The walk is pure and has sufficient scope and suppleness. The trot is light and has sufficient scope. The foals carry themselves well in the trot. The use of the foreleg varies from flat to good. The trot should be more powerful. The foals jump into the canter easily. The canter has sufficient scope.
One foal inspected at home fit with the rest of the picture.
The quality of the dams was ordinary to sufficient.
Shown: 24 (+1) foals out of 123 breedings in 2000.
