Offspring report
Offspring 1993 (foals)
This stallion showed well developed, riding type, long-lined foals with refinement and quality. More than that, the collection was remarkably uniform. He head is expressive and well formed. The neck has good shape and length; sometimes the topline could be better muscled. The wither is well developed and it is long. The shoulder is long and sloping. The back is a little bit on the long side; the loins are strong and well connected. The croup has good length but sometimes it could slope a little more. The foreleg is correct. The hindleg is generally also correct but sometimes a little long with a strong angle. The legs have a lot of quality. The joints are strong and finished well. The feet are remarkably well developed.
The walk is sufficient. The hindleg is used well in the trot and there is a lot of impulsion and good balance but the foreleg should extend more.
There were some tense foals in the first group, they could also have shown more scope in the trot. The longish back was not noticeable with the selected foals, their trot was also better.
The quality of the mares was average.
Shown: 18 foals out of 77 breedings.

Performance test report
Performance 1991
Playful, impertinent, and somewhat sneaky. He was saddle broke at the start of the test. He stiffens when working and it"s hard to get him to relax. He demands a lot from his rider and the rider must be sensitive to him. The walk is regular and sufficient in scope. The trot is short, there is not much suspension. The canter has sufficient power. He has a good take-off while free jumping but he is too tense through the jump and sometimes twists his hindquarter. He is careful and shows rather much scope. He does more than sufficiently in the cross-country. He gives a moderate feeling during dressage and a good feeling during jumping. The work is normal for him and he is sufficiently willing to work. He has moderate talent for dressage and rather much talent for jumping. He was in good condition upon arrival and remained that way. He was calm in his stall.
