Offspring report
Offspring 1994 (foals)
The entire collection was comprised of well-developed foals in sufficient riding type. There was a difference between the picked and the selected foals. The group of picked foals was clearly more uniform and showed better movement. That group showed a somewhat hollow midsection. The selected foals were generally more short-coupled; the comment about the midsection did not pertain to them, though they did not move as well in the walk or the trot. The head should be more refined but it is sufficiently expressive. The neck has good shape, length and muscling. The wither is somewhat flat and should be longer. The shoulder should generally be longer and should also have more slope. The back of the picked foals is a little deep but the others are good. The loins are always well connected. The croup could be a little longer but it is wide and muscled. The foreleg is correct, the hindleg also. The hardness, the soundness of the joints and the substance of the legs are all noticeable.
The walk is sufficient but a little stiff and short. The trot is strong, carried and is shown to be easy and loose with good use of the body. The desired rise in the front is also there. As was said before, the selected foals were less so.
The mares were generally of good quality.
In short: well developed, sufficient riding type foals that move with strength.
Shown: 15 foals out of 50 breedings.

Performance test report
1991
Champion 4-year old jumpers.
Performance 1992 (tied for 15th)
Honest, reliable. Has sufficient scope in the walk but he sometimes has a tendency to be lateral. The trot is regular and sufficient in scope. The canter is carried, sufficient in scope but should have more suppleness. The hindleg does not come under the body much in the trot and the canter. He gives his rider a sufficient feeling in dressage. He was ridden with a martingale while jumping. He shows a lot of scope, good take-off and good technique. He feels really good going over the jump. He should be more sensitive in the mouth. He does well in cross-country. He is very willing to work and he works well. Work is very easy for him. He has sufficient talent for dressage and very much talent for jumping. Stall and handling behavior is normal.
