Approval period, October 1975:
Farn is approved for 3 years.
Keur predicate awarded in 1978:
No protocol published.
Preferent predicate awarded on September 25, 1991:
Farn was awarded the preferent predicate posthumously. He is considered an important foundation stallion, as his son Nimmerdor also earned the preferent predicate. Farn's influence is great, both directly and indirectly. He has given sporthorse breeding influential stallions and important line-mares. Despite the fact that he has not been an active breeding stallion for quite some time, he still ranks fifth in the jumping index (149 points), with very high reliability (92%).
